The Commercial Court moved to new premises this month (November 2015).
The Commercial Court has been holding hearings in its new premises in Central Jakarta (not far from its previous home) from 16 November 2015. The new address is:
Jalan Bungur Besar Raya No 24,26,28.
Kel. Gunung Sahari, Kec. Kemayoran
Jakarta Pusat
The new building also houses the Central Jakarta District Court, Bankruptcy Court, and Human Rights Court.
Our attorneys have attended a number of hearings in the new Courts, and report that the facilities represent a vast improvement. The building is spacious, fully air-conditioned, and has nice waiting rooms.
