SKC Law has been awarded Managing Intellectual Property magazine's Law Firm Of The Year (Indonesia) award for 2016!  This is a reflection of the efforts of the entire SKC Law team, and the dynamic legal practice we have built since our establishment five years ago.

Heavy workload at the Indonesian Trademark Office

Spare a thought for our colleagues at the Trademark Office… Here’s a photograph of what the certificate section looks like.  There are 76,000 files in queue for printing of registration certificates.  And with the current human resources available, they are getting through 25 - 30 certificates each day.
